A clandestine meeting of two of the black market’s most powerful and rival potioneers, known respectively as Rizpah and The Tsarina, near Bacchan Alley. While Ministry surveillance proved almost useless against the two witches due to defensive measures such as frequent use of Polyjuice potion, the Polyjuice on the bodyguard of one the potioneers believed to be the Tsarina had begun to wear off when this photo was taken, revealing Delilah Maxwell, Ministry Hitwitch (shown left). Maxwell was killed before she could be interrogated due to loss of contact with ring that had been poisoned with a highly addictive potion. The ring was forcibly removed during Maxwell’s capture, causing withdrawal that was nearly immediate, totally without remedy, and after twenty-two hours, deadly.
